1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month

SUMMER: 1ST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH ONLY

9:00-10:30 AM

Parents with children under 12 years old are given priority from 9:00-9:30 am

Pick Up Protocol

Step 1: Apply for Non-MONETARY Food assistance based on need.

Step 2: RECEIVE Approval Card from Food Pantry for 6 visits in 6 months. 

Step 3: Present Approval Card during open-Hours.

Pick Up Rules

No Pets at pick Up

No smoking on the Church Grounds

6 pantry visits per 6 months

Recipients may reapply for a new Approval Card if assistance is needed after 6 months

Residents of Paonia or Somerset only. Hotchkiss, Cedaredge or Delta County or beyond should apply to their nearest food bank.

Mission

Our mission is to provide temporary food for residents of the surrounding Paonia and Somerset areas.

The intent of the Paonia Food Pantry is not to provide food in a long-term situation, but for those who experience immediate needs due to loss of job, or other life factors that necessitate short term food needs.
